Alertan para evitar en fraude en compra venta de vehículos

La Fiscalía de Distrito Zona Norte, alerta a la ciudadanía para que evite ser víctima de un fraude en una transacción de compra venta de vehículos, principalmente cuando el pago sea mediante transferencia o cheque.

En denuncias presentadas ante el Ministerio Público de la Unidad de Investigación de Delitos Patrimoniales, ha detectado casos en los que las víctimas hicieron confianza y entregaron el vehículo, al ver que supuestamente, el dinero se reflejaba en su cuenta de “banca móvil”.

Sin embargo, cuando quisieron disponer del dinero, se dieron cuenta de que no tenían el depósito que supuestamente les habían trasferido.

Otros casos de fraude, son aquellos en los que el supuesto comprador le paga al vendedor el vehículo con un cheque, y al tratar de hacerlo efectivo resulta que no tiene fondos.

Por lo anterior, la Fiscalía recomienda a las personas que tienen a la venta un vehículo, preferentemente hacer la transacción en efectivo y en presencia de terceras personas de confianza; incluso, checar que los billetes no sean falsos.

La Fiscalía General del Estado reitera su compromiso con la sociedad de investigar los delitos patrimoniales para llevar ante los Tribunales a quienes los cometen.
