Cuve Collection highlights the pioneering spirit of the Dutheil family a blend made from 9598% Mourvdre and plus minus 25% Grenache and Cinsault from 7580 year old vines. The wine is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks for 15 days and matured for 2022 months in large, old foudres before being bottled with only 20 mg L SO and without fining or filtration.
